- BSB. SeiApr 29, 20261.0I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but in this case, I think a warning is warranted for anyone purchasing appliances and paying for installation. It took two dishwashers, four technicians, and two and a half months just to end up with a working unit. The process involved months of back-and-forth with customer service and dealing with installers who were clearly not up to the task. At a minimum, I requested reimbursement for the installation due to the experience. After speaking with three different managers, I was offered a $120 refund—issued as a gift card—and then told the case was closed with no further escalation possible. Overall, the customer service was extremely disappointing, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. For someone who frequent the store regularly you need to do much better. It would be nice for an additional reach out.

Lady behind the desk had no idea how to do her own job, several individuals stood around not trying to help her or the other customers waiting. Then after having to essentially scan all of my return and put it away myself I was given attitude about not doing my part in the return process...would never recommend going here on a weekend.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
