  I was in store shopping for a recliner The store itself has a nice layout with a large selection of furniture of all kinds of designs and aesthetics Its nice when shopping for a large value item to have options in front of you instead of being shown pictures on a website The real star of the show was our host Phil He greeted us as soon as we walked in and by the end our shopping day i was ready to have a beer with the dude He was friendly and down to earth which is always preferred when dealing with “suits” He walked all throughout the store with us up and down between the 2 floors showing us all our options and explained everything from the wood beneath the fabric to the chairs features to their platinum protection plan Never once feeling pressured The man went above and beyond with recommendation’s like friend and not a salesman In the end we made a purchase and could not be happier If your looking for quality furniture go to Raymour Flanigan and if you want a buddy to showcase all your options ask for Phil

  The salesman James, took me right to what I wanted to look at. Left me alone to browse, and was available when I decided what I wanted. Provided me with measurements I asked for, showed me the features, and we did financing and delivery all right there. Delivery in less that a week is amazing. I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. Awesome service!

  The sales experience went well while the loading process caused damage to my sofa. There was only one individual to bring out and load it onto my Uhaul truck. While bringing it down the ramp, a corner was rammed into the concrete at the bottom. I was very disappointed that a reputable company like yours would not have had more than one person in the warehouse.

  I was very impressed with all the options I was able to choose from. Being able to sit on all their different brands helped me decide the feel,height, features and fabric selection. Jim my salesman, was instrumental in helping me find the right rocker recliner, and love seat . Very quality furniture, and great pricing. First time there,and will be back for more.

  Worked with Justin and Shea who were incredible! Justin is very kind and knowledgeable and helped us find our perfect mattress. Shea was very kind and efficient in helping us finalize the details for paperwork and delivery. We’re very excited for our knew bed and very thankful to have been able to work with such amazing people!
