  We have bought blinds for our new home from Marsha in Home Decor...she is our go to Girl...we have been their for Rugs as well...shes incredible In regards to calling into this store and reaching someone thats another story...Lowes needs phone help...it's a real struggle....do better Lowes

  There was only one employee that was actually helpful and it wasn't even his department. Could have had a 1400 dollar sale instead of a 500 dollar sale. Your loss Home Depots gain

  Word of caution: don't use the home delivery service!!!! You're better off renting your own truck and doing it yourself! Got the appliances of my dreams for a newly remodeled kitchen and the delivery of my nightmares! The delivery guys were absolutely horrible!!!!!! For one they got here and insisted my refrigerator wouldn't fit. My builder who has been doing construction for over 30 years assured them it will fit, especially if they took the doors off and asked them to bring it up to the house and he'll make it work noticing their incompetency from the minute they showed up. The workers didn't listen so my builder walked away before he lost it and I stayed down and told them to please leave the box on the fridge until they got it up to my door so as not to scratch or damage it on the way up at all and keep it protected. I turned my back to walk up to the door to turn around and find they took the box off completely and then took the doors off down at the end of my driveway along a busy road instead so I was pretty mad. And they had apparently used some of my builder's tools to take the doors off. Shouldn't they have been prepared with tools if they're doing this as a "profession?" The delivery guys then proceeded to bring in the fridge, dishwasher and stove. They didn't unpack the dishwasher at all, which is something they are supposed to do. They unpacked the stove and my speculation is while they were putting the legs on it they scratched my brand new floor with the stove. But covered it enough it couldn't be seen until my builder and his electrician lifted and inserted my stove in it's spot, as my builder warned me way ahead of time that this was the one appliance that was most likely to do damage, so I know my builder didn't do it. I have been on the phone daily since the delivery on 8/6 trying to deal with this to the point I don't know that I would ever buy appliances from Lowe's again and they were alwaysy first go to for appliances. No one will return calls. No managers at the actual store. They all keep telling me and builder they're calling and don't. They give me one number to call, they don't get back to me but send "escalation emails" to their supervisors. Another "supervisor" got involved saying she handles it and then doesn't communicate. I called the delivery guy directly who sent out two non-English speaking workers to assess the floor, who were arguing in their language so only they know what they were saying. I got mad at the delivery guy on the phone and swore in sheer anger over his MULTIPLE lies to me and at one point he told me to be professional, which he's the professional, I'm the ticked off homeowner with the damage. I called him again today to check in on where we're at since I haven't heard anything since Monday and he lied big time about two things and when I called him out, he gave me an attitude so I swore again. He proceeded to tell me to watch my mouth and I told him he's not my dad or my boss and I'm mad at his attitude and the lying and throwing innocent people under the bus for all of this and he who mind you told me to be professional, told me then get off my line and literally abruptly hung up on me! Really professional of him! Lowe's needs to go back to their own delivery! This method sucks big time and no one knows who's responsible for what so know one communicates or deals with it. I think a lot of this is because no one liked my builder's quote, but this isn't an easy fix. Though it just appears to be two simple scratches, it is an interlocking floating floor with trim holding it in place and now a cabinet with heavy granite on top of it that needs to be moved to fix it. It is more involved than this joke of a delivery company is giving it. Thanks for reading this long complaint. There's so many more details left out, but hopefully it saves another new kitchen remodel the headache, stress, financial woes, being blatantly lied to, false accusations of others and HOURS on the phone for literally ZERO results, resolution and no communication or concern!
