  The sales and design staff and the manager were all helpful and very patient as I tried to decide on my "forever" recliner. I found one that "fits" tall people like me (6'1") and am looking forward to delivery in about 8 weeks. The chair I chose has to be custom built. I visited the store several times to sit and decide and don't know what else I could have asked for.

  After spending nearly $2,000 on a professional designer who couldn't even get the room measurements right, we're so glad we found Shay and Kay at La-Z-Boy. Shay was always on time, took accurate measurements, and came up with great ideas for our very complicated room. She made multiple trips, never rushed us, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Kay was fantastic as well—every visit she was friendly, helpful, and always available to answer our questions. Excellent service from both of them!

  Sales staff was very nice low pressure. Let me walk around and pick out exactly what I wanted without trying to make a bigger sale. Chair I picked exactly what I wanted. It’s replacing La-Z-Boy that I had for 15 years or so so I look forward to long use probably the best chair in the world.

  Manager was very helpful without pressuring. She had very helpful advice for chairs for my tall body frame. One of the best furniture buying experiences I’ve experienced

  We ordered the chair. It is beautiful and well built. Features not expected were a charging port and backup battery to lower chair if power goes out
