  The salesperson was patient but didn’t direct me to a recliner that fit my body. This resulted in ongoing back and leg pain. I couldn’t return the chair because their return policy only allows for 3 days. The delivery was excellent.

  Excellent assistance from Harrison at the Lazy Boy store in Harrisburg . We will be purchasing additional pieces for a new home in the near future. I’ll be going back to a trusted name in Lazy boy and a down to earth salesman in Harrison . My thanks, Clair Faust

  Really nice atmosphere in the store. We appreciated the in home design. That is what really sold us. Shay took our inspiration from a quilt we have and designed exactly for our needs by opening up our space , incorporating existing furniture with new, and matching our color pallet. She also took a lot of extra time at the final review with us to change a few design items and showed us several options in store to help us decide what direction to go. She then took those ideas and changed her floor plan rendering so we could envision it in our home. We really felt no pressure to purchase and are happy with the results so far. It is now up to Lazboy to deliver a product that matches the sales service. We will see in 6 to 8 weeks.
