  We were lucky enough to get Carlos when we walked into LaZboy. We were shopping for a new recliner. He was incredibly kind, gave us space to look around and was always eager to help when we had a question. Once he had (many) of our questions answered we knew we were going to purchase from LaZboy mostly because of Carlos and secondly we found exactly what we were looking for. I mention all this because my husband and I overheard the way Carlos’ manager spoke to him and it was cold and rude. If we had that person, we would’ve left 5-10 minutes into the visit and shopped somewhere else 100%. I don’t care how good the sales were. We will definitely go back and look for Carlos for our next purchase. He is a down to earth person and excellent help
