- LMLarry Miller2 days ago1.0Couldn't find anyone to assist me. I finally found part of what I wanted. Manager stood up front talking to someone. Never acknowledged. I stood in line for 5 min one person at the register. Manager continued chatting with the same person. I put the item down and walked out. Manager watched me leave said nothing. First time there, last time there. BS and a total waste of my time. Imagine 6'4" 300# invisible man !!!!!!!!

Last night we finished our shopping and proceeded to checkout and the was only 1 cashier and I long line of customers. There was a 50ish woman with blondish hair who I think was the manager just standing there watching the checkout line grow longer and longer but did not many effort to help by opening another cash register? This is not the first time this has happened. I saw at 2 customers leave their purchases unpaid and left the store with nothing. I just visited the store again around 4:15 p.m. today to return some items and of course there was the blonde hair lady again 1 cashier who was apparently counting his cash drawer. I was told we will be right with you???? 20 minutes later another round lady opened the return register but just stood there did not acknowledge that I had been waiting or even saying "I can help you". 30 minutes later I walked out the door after returning 4 items in original packaging and labeled with matching receipt. The MOST ASTONISHING ASPECT OF MY RETURN WAIT WAS, I WAS THE ONLY PERSON STANDING IN THE CHECKOUT LINE????? Hobby Lobby please explain this to me?
