- RPRosalia Paszkowski2 days ago1.0They have a great selection, good prices, and good-quality items. The younger employees I’ve interacted with have been very friendly and helpful, especially a young man who helped me on my first visit. The reason I removed 4 stars is the checkout experience. I’ve been here twice, and both times I felt uncomfortable because of the way two older cashiers looked at me and other customers up and down in a judgmental way. I don’t want to assume it was discrimination, but it definitely made me feel unwelcome. I usually shop at Michaels, and although I really like Hobby Lobby’s selection and prices, I’ll probably drive an extra 30 minutes to another location because customer service and feeling comfortable while shopping matter to me.

- ABAruna BudhramAug 27, 20261.0Horrible experience Shopped for over an hour and got to the register ready to cash out when I was informed that apple pay was not accepted and I would need the physical card. I told them I understood and asked if they could kindly hold onto my items until I got my card from home and came back. EMMA said sure but they close at 8 and like to start putting things back at 7:45! I entered the store at 7:33 and was told my things were put away and that they usually start doing so at 7:30 not 7:45. After the man informed me of this I l let them know that the older woman had told me 7:45, she was also present and did not respond. After asking Emma her name the manager (a man) laughed at me, to which i looked at him and said it’s for my google review! He said you do you! I am a colored individual and can certainly feel when I am unwelcome in a space, this hobby lobby made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome and certainly dissuaded from ever returning. Absolutely horrible racially charged staff. I’m sure they’re happy to read my review along with several others as they certainly do not want you here if you’re not white.

I said "umm, no". In which she looked ready to kill me. Excuse me Hobby Lobby, when did I need to give you and all the people around me my home address in order to shop???? This is massive security issue and quite frankly disgusting.
