  I haven't been to Hobby Lobby in quite some time. But I was looking for some particular things the day that I stopped. Boy was I ever pleasantly surprised 😲! They have almost everything you can possibly imagine, not just craft supplies! Just to name a few...Bedding, Household, Birthday Party items and lots of them! Every kind of of theme you can imagine with awesome decorated closable bags...for treats, but they can be used for anything! (Jewelry, makeup, craft supplies etc.) Sunday School decorations for bulletin boards (which was one of the things that I was looking for 😀), Outside decorations & benches, Florals, Candles, Wedding supplies, Decorations and furniture for inside your home, Lots of artwork, Picture frames, Doormats, Lights, Fabric/sewing supplies, Artist/painting supplies, Jewelry supplies, Childrens craft items, and the list goes on and on! 🤣 There was actually ONE thing that I couldn't find, which I needed. And that was regular mailing buisness envelopes! They do sell envelopes ✉️, but they are for cards/card making. So, my recommendation is for you to stop by and see all of the items that they offer for yourself. However, give yourself plenty of time to look around the whole store to see 👀 everything that they have to offer! Oh, one of the bonuses is that they have weekly sales on a ton of things throughout the store at 40% off!! Also, they are a Christian owned company with wonderful values. They are closed on Sundays so that their employees can go to church ⛪️ or just to have family time!! 😀

  I went to return a marker set, since one of the markers contained a defective tip. Upon initiation of the return process, an elderly woman with short white hair was called to assist with the transaction. Upon the woman hearing that the product was being returned for a defect, she began making very snarky and accusatory comments that all pointed to the narrative that I had damaged the defective item. I was shocked by the tone she had taken and the insinuations she was making. As a law student, I have neither the time to damage goods and return them, nor the moral inclination to do so. Further, I am a regular customer at this Hobby Lobby and this was my first return. She continued to make similar comments throughout the entire return process. Conveniently, these rude comments were made while talking to the other employee assisting me, so as to avoid direct confrontation. Since it was evident that the damage was of no fault of my own, I received the full refund. Regardless, I left the store feeling degraded and embarrassed from what was supposed to be a simple return transaction. I am appalled and truly disappointed by the poor quality of service and staff at this Hobby Lobby. I am glad to say that this will be my last time shopping at Hobby Lobby and giving any support to this store.
