- RMRose McCannSep 8, 20265.0I've shopped Hobby Lobby years ago and found them expensive, but this trip I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are reasonable and the employees were helpful. They have a massive inventory and excellent variety of products.
- RPRosalia PaszkowskiSep 1, 20261.0They have a great selection, good prices, and good-quality items. The younger employees I’ve interacted with have been very friendly and helpful, especially a young man who helped me on my first visit. The reason I removed 4 stars is the checkout experience. I’ve been here twice, and both times I felt uncomfortable because of the way two older cashiers looked at me and other customers up and down in a judgmental way. I don’t want to assume it was discrimination, but it definitely made me feel unwelcome. I usually shop at Michaels, and although I really like Hobby Lobby’s selection and prices, I’ll probably drive an extra 30 minutes to another location because customer service and feeling comfortable while shopping matter to me.
