  Seriously, get some more people. I call for a pool pump hook up. The old pump is out. It would take a seasoned guy like 30 minutes to do it. Told a week out. You spend $15000 with these people and they don’t want to be helpful. I tries myself but I was not successful. Guess my pool will be 2 weeks without running. Can’t wait for mosquitoes.

  Not usually one to write reviews, but this was truly one of the most awful customer service experiences I've ever had... STAY AWAY!!!!! The motor to our pool pump blew a few weeks ago. We called to have someone come service and they came out and basically confirmed what we already knew and auto-charged us $140, to (like I said) confirm what we already knew. Mind you, they just replaced the motor last year. So we figured under a year old, this would still be under warranty. After days of calling and emailing and getting no response, they finally told us that since the pump was installed in 2023 that we are no longer under warranty. This pump should have lasted 8-10 years, according to Google. Additionally, we contacted another pool company for a second opinion, and they told us that the pump that Goodall recommended is not even the right pump for our pool. Total waste of money and absolutely horrible customer service.

  I use them for all my pool needs. Very honest. They don't make you waste money like other places.
