I need storage of various items, as I am downsizing my home and need a place to store things prior to an auction or sale. I was referred to Extra Space Storage on Elder Street, Harrisburg, PA.
Upon entering the office, I was greeted by 'Red', who manages that facility. He gave me a full tour of the facility and I was impressed that all of the storage spaces were indoors. This place features a drive-through for access. This is a great advantage in inclement weather, plus items could be conveniently loaded or unloaded from vehicles. There was a rather large selection of storage spaces ranging in size from small lockers to very large units. The prices are quite reasonable and rental periods can be arranged for various lengths of time. There is even a loading dock, if needed. I found the facility to be very well-maintained, well-lit, easy to access and with friendly staff to assist. I will absolutely be renting from Red and Extra Space Storage, when the time comes!

I see why they have 5 stars ! Clean facilities , convienent drive in , and when I contacted them asap after my rate went up Red was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He explained everything very nicely and was able to negotiate my rate as well, and also put me on the wait list for a smaller more affordable unit that would better fit my needs. Give this man a raise ! Not too many managers who know how to actually do their job and he has it down packed perfect. Unfortunately I still need to find different storage needs but I would definitely be back here if I need to be Red left such a positive impression.
