The associate named Chris told me to give him 24-48hrs to see what he could do about my new rate. A couple hours later and I got a call from him, he was able to help me get a more agreeable rent and I cannot tell you how thankful I am for that!! For almost 2 yrs I've been renting from this company and I love how clean and high tech the facility is, the only time I called was about the rent and was able to be assisted by Chris asap!! Thank you guys for the space and vouching on my behalf, you guys are a life saver!!

The manager, Charles Redman, gave me a thorough but easily understandable onboarding talk and helped me with any service needs I had throughout my rental, and he's so friendly and relatable to interact with. They need to clone him and replace every car salesman and real estate agent with the clones 😂

I need to rent a unit for a month while I was moving from Texas, and Red (one of the store managers/employee) went above and beyond to ensure I understood the ins and outs of the entire process. After I dropped off my stuff in the unit, I accidentally locked it incorrectly: and Red, while doing a safety inspection, noticed my mistake and informed me swiftly so I could swing back and correctly lock it before leaving the state to get the rest of my belongings. I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage, and I offer high praise to Red!
