- MBMark Burkhart1 day ago1.0The Aaron's store in Harrisburg Pennsylvania is the most rude and ungrateful people that I know that I had to extended warranty on my television when I called it for warranty they said oh no you don't have the extended warranty I said to them what have I been paying for all this time they tried to tell me I canceled it so I called the headquarters they gave me a line of s***they also told me I was screwed so I called my attorney and he told me make one more payment and tell them to come and get the TV if they don't come and get it within 10 days consider abandonment and you won't have to pay no more because we will sue them in court my advice for anybody in the Harrisburg area if you're considering of going to Harrisburg Aaron's run the opposite direction because they are no good

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
