Both representatives at the Harleysville location are amazing to work with. They explain everything you need to know about renting your unit and are there for you after your rental is completed. I looked around when I realized I needed to rent extra space and I am so blessed to have chosen Extra Space Storage as a home for my extra household items. I feel safe and well taken care of by the people who serve me there.

The whole company has been wonderful to work with. From customer service on the phone to the 2 wonderful women who run fhe facilities. The place is so well organized and clean. Plenty of carts by fhe elevators so multiple customers can move their items in and out safely and efficiently. So very happy ! They really care about you as a human being. Very kind xoxo

Extraordinary!!!
In my decades of experience with a variety of storage facilities, Extra Space (Harleysville location, shout out to Mara) ranks above and beyond all others in every way. Customer service is actually a thing - helpful and accommodating. The facility itself is modern, well lit and super clean. There are TWO large, always working elevators (with a hand sanitizer dispenser! love this). Trolleys are plentiful.
For me, what really makes Extra Space an anomaly in the sketchy business of storage is that their rates are affordable and are not increased (sometimes drastically) every 6 months like others who have been a cause of duress in the past.
