She walked over to the desk where we waited for paint and just stood standing there. We needed help with pricing etc we figured it out & she was just very unprofessional & not helpful. Customer service was highly disappointing in that department. Besides that, other employees were great and very welcoming & helpful throughout the store.

Worked with an associate to make sure the screen door was compatible with exterior door. I received the screen and set up a contractor to install while I was on vacation found out the screen door was the wrong size and tried to call customer service several times and was on hold for over an hour each time, never did talk to anyone. Will have to physically go to back to store after vacation, reorder, wait 3 weeks for new door where if someone would have answered the phone l could have had it the problem resolved.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
