  Horrible Customer Service! They have a " take it, or leave it " mentality. I purchased a 10k dollar hot tub with no air control in the main seating areas. Their answer... the factory says it's working as designed. Their solution to control the air... plug off the fitting to stop air from being put into the jets, when the pumps are on! Note* the tub was empty on the showroom floor. No way to know there was no main air control. Then I needed a part that broke in one of the jets, they sent it to me, then said there would be a $150 warranty deductible to install it. Also, I ordered 2 air valves, to install after my 3 year warranty is up... can't even get a tracking number for shipment. I had to pay upfront for the valves. You think they would get back to you..... nope! Buyer BeWare Horrible Customer Service

  My liner needed to be re-installed due to a particular problem. I brought it to the attention of Gary G at Valley. He was very understanding and cooperative as was Kim and the rest of the staff. My problem was taken care of at no additional cost to myself. I'm a long-time customer at Valley Pool Greensburg and certainly will remain as one.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Great experience from start to finish!** Our hot tub was delivered today, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The delivery team was professional, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire process. They did a great job getting everything into place and were a pleasure to work with. One suggestion I would make for the company is to consider providing the delivery crews with a motorized system or equipment designed to help move these large, heavy tubs. Watching them have to push and pull such a large item really makes you realize how physically demanding the job is, and having the right equipment could make the process safer and help prevent a potential accident or injury. Our salesman, Gary, was fantastic! He was extremely nice, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. That kind of customer service really makes a difference. Overall, we are very happy with Valley Pool and Spas and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub. Great people, great service, and a great experience! **Highly recommended!** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
