  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Great experience from start to finish!** Our hot tub was delivered today, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The delivery team was professional, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire process. They did a great job getting everything into place and were a pleasure to work with. One suggestion I would make for the company is to consider providing the delivery crews with a motorized system or equipment designed to help move these large, heavy tubs. Watching them have to push and pull such a large item really makes you realize how physically demanding the job is, and having the right equipment could make the process safer and help prevent a potential accident or injury. Our salesman, Gary, was fantastic! He was extremely nice, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. That kind of customer service really makes a difference. Overall, we are very happy with Valley Pool and Spas and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub. Great people, great service, and a great experience! **Highly recommended!** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Outstanding every time ! Everyone is very helpful ,kind , and honest. They don’t try to push things I don’t need. If my pool water is ok, they don’t try to sell me anything. I appreciate that! John is usually who helps me and he is always upbeat & friendly !
