  Service technicians, Chris and Bill, are always very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They always call the day before to give an approximate time frame for arrival and then call the day of service to give an updated time of arrival. Julie in the scheduling department is very responsive and equally as helpful and friendly as Bill and Chris. Thank you for your gr at service.

  The purchase experience was detailed. Great communication up through delivery. Had 2 items on back order awaiting for their delivery prior to pool installation.
