  Jane was wonderful! Got me all set up with a summer’s worth of chemicals and educated me on pool care. Definetly worth the trip for personalized service. No more buying chemicals from a retail store!

  Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful with guidance and all questions. Did not feel as if being "sold to," and instead got expert opinions and honesty on product and product features. Were not any loose ends. Highly recommend!

  From the first time we walked into the store to look at pool packages, Jake was incredibly helpful. His wealth of pool knowledge and friendly, no pressure sales approach were much appreciated. He responded quickly via email to some questions that we had later. The final sale was easy and he explained each part of the package and installation process in detail so that we understood just what we were getting and how to prepare. We would recommend pool city to anyone looking to buy a pool.
