    I have been wanting/researching swim spas for almost two years to make sure I got exactly what I wanted since it is such a large purchase. Jake and Mike were an absolute delight to work with! Jake is a swim spa guru and I was VERY impressed with the amount of knowledge that Mike had in a short time working with them. They both were very patient with all of our questions, with knowledge beyond compare. They were both so friendly and made it not feel like a sales situation. There was absolutely no pressure at all! Just friendly, knowledgeable service from two people who just wanted to make a girl's dream come true 💛 Mission accomplished 😉 I truly can not give them enough praise! I highly recommend both Jake and Mike in the Greensburg store! HIGHLY!!!

    To :Jacob Leggit You seem very quick to respond to a Google review, but not nearly as quick to take meaningful action to reduce the stress and frustration we've experienced throughout this process. Offering a few chemicals does not address the real issue. What we have needed from the beginning is communication, follow-through, and accountability. Instead, we have had to manage this entire project ourselves by constantly calling for updates, checking on orders, and making sure things were actually being done. I have spoken with you several times by phone, and unfortunately those conversations have not resolved any of the ongoing issues. I even requested to speak with a manager or someone above you because I was not getting answers or assistance, but that went nowhere as well. We purchased this pool in February and were told we were at the top of the installation list. Despite that, your store failed to order or deliver necessary pool supplies on time. In fact, after we called asking where our supplies were, we received a call within 20 minutes to schedule delivery. That strongly suggests the issue was overlooked until we followed up ourselves. Then, when the installers were finally ready to begin, we still did not have the materials needed to proceed, causing yet another delay. Here we are at the end of May and still without a completed pool. Please stop blaming the weather. While rain may affect certain aspects of scheduling, it does not explain the ordering mistakes, communication failures, missed follow-ups, or the delays that occurred long before weather became a factor. Those issues fall squarely on Pool City. We are not people who complain for the sake of complaining, nor are we looking for handouts. We simply expected the level of service that was promised when we made a significant purchase. The buying process was smooth and efficient because a sale was being made. The installation and follow-through should have been handled with the same level of professionalism. At this point, we are simply asking Pool City to acknowledge its mistakes, take responsibility, and make things right.

    Our pool was purchased in February 2026 from Pool City of Greensburg. The buying process itself went smoothly and was very easy. We were told we were the first customers to purchase a pool for the season, so we expected to be among the first scheduled for installation. The salesperson explained that installations typically begin around March, and we also expected delivery of the pool equipment around that time. On March 23, we received a call from the installer to schedule the survey and dig. The survey was completed in early April, and when I asked about installation timing, we were told it could happen as early as the following week. However, at that point we still had not received any of our pool equipment. After hearing nothing regarding delivery, I called Pool City on April 7. I was told they would call me back, and within 15 minutes we suddenly received a call to schedule delivery. This made us question whether the equipment had even been ordered yet. The pool equipment was finally delivered on May 28. It then took several more days of trying to contact the installer before we could even schedule the installation. The soonest available dates were either May 28 or sometime in June. Unfortunately, on May 28 the installation could not be completed due to rain. Communication with the installer throughout this process was extremely difficult. We contacted Pool City multiple times and spoke with Jake twice, but nothing was resolved. The only compensation offered was some complimentary pool chemicals. We also asked to speak with someone higher up, but were told they could not provide us with a manager or supervisor’s contact information. I cannot speak to the quality of the pool itself yet, but the overall process of actually getting the pool installed has been extremely frustrating. My fiancé and I have spent countless days making calls and following up with multiple people just to ensure things were moving forward. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Pool City.
