I generally don't write any reviews. I know from my profession how much it can impact people on a personal level. Make or break a bonus. But this needs to be said.
My wife and I have been long time customers. Due to many different reasons. We recently purchased a new washer and dryer off of them. They were delivered without incident. So, we went right back to purchase two new refrigerators for our house.
We were scheduled to have them delivered on Monday the 22nd of June. By that Sunday prior, they had sent an email stating delivery will be on that day anywhere from 7 am to 7 pm. We thought that was a large window. So, the wife took PTO for that day. The morning of, she had an email sent to her stating the delivery was now 3 pm to 7 pm. I arrived home from work at 5:40 pm and the units still hadn't been delivered. I then tracked the order through the email. It stated they were two stops away. Thought, great they will be here soon. At 6 pm I checked again and they were 2 stops away. At 6:30 I called. They told me the units were 2 stops away. RIGHT!
I then called at 7 pm and the person stated that if we don't hear from them by 7:30 to call customer service and find out what they will do for us. We waited until 7:40 and called customer care. The person we talked to said they will do nothing for us. The deliveries are all sublet out and it is not Lowes concern. His options were to transfer us to the delivery team, refund us or schedule for Friday!!!! We told the rep that we were losing food while waiting for this to be delivered. The did not care. We should have had something done for what we went through. We will never use Lowes for anything again. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever been part of. Lowes should be ashamed of themselves for this. This is 100% Lowes fault. If they are the ones that sublet out, it falls on both parties.
Very disrespectful and do not care about the customer. Jut WOW!!!

My first time inside this Lowes was a terrible experience. I hate self checkout! And the attendants the swarm instead of offer a helping hand. Ii had over 400 in plants inside and out and I didn't get to use any of my discounts as a result of being anf feeling rushed. I will NOT be back.

Placed an order for curbside, check in did not work on app!! I had to walk in to store lady was extremely rude wanting me to put order number in and phone was in car: why do you have curbside if customer has to walk in the store!??
