  Bought a dryer 5 minutes later tried to use it and it wouldn't work people there said its our electric and to call an electrician so we bought another dryer somewhere else I dont recommend going here at all place is worthless and the kids they have working there like to run there mouth and also made a threat to my mother

  New manager is good and will work with you if need be and have no issue with her. My issue is that we fell behind, had let them know, came to the conclusion we couldn't pay anymore and we'd like to return if possible. Bed was stained so I understand that but we also had a couch chair combo and Playstation as well and unfortunately hubs lost job and we let them know and we're told we'd have to pay for everything yet wouldn't come look at the couch and chair to make the evaluation, tried to get them out here multiple times to check it out to have a verdict because it was and is still clean and unstained. Got told when the delivery person came to get the PS5 that hed be back in a few days WITH THE PAPER TO SIGN GIVING BACK THE PS5. Never signed a paper. Never came back out or called to set up but got harassed by their collections to just pay everything off and close the account and explained we wouldn't and explained we'd pay for the mattress because it was stained, I have 4 kids and a puppy, shit happens and its my fault. But not the couch chair that they told us they'd come evaluate and never did. Got called 2-3 times FROM THE COLLECTOR, then never heard from again after we explained they refused to set something up to see it. So all in all bad communication and still have yet to sign said paper about the Playstation. I know I wont be able to rent from again which is fine but it'd be nice that communication issues are addressed within that company all around.

  The staff was very nice very helpful and the two delivery guys were extremely nice explained everything well they took their time very thankful for them thank you so much

  The turnaround ratio for this place is insane. You’re there one day with 3 people and the next week they have a whole new crew. The staff isn’t professional nor lively. When they call you, you get a monotone voice.
