  We are getting our kitchen done and needed all new appliances. My daughter suggested Petrillo’s, so off we went. This is a family owned business with the nicest and most knowledgeable people! Brett had so much information about what we wanted and needed, it was amazing! We met the owner, Mark and the rest of the staff too. I felt like I had known them forever. We did buy all our appliances at Petrillo’s and when our kitchen is ready they will come and install them too. When we left, my husband said that it was the best experience ever and I totally agreed. If you want excellent, kind and courteous customer service, please go to Petrillo’s. You won’t regret it and their prices are great also! Patty

  James Petrillo and his team do a superior job in selling and delivering appliances. They are knowledgeable, professional and so very helpful by always going above and beyond to please their customers. They are my go to choice for all appliances. Thank you, James!

  Just finished up our kitchen renovation. James and the team were awesome to deal with. Their attention to detail was far better than the company we used for the renovation. We love the Subzero appliances and Wolf 48” stove. The Cove dishwasher is whisper quiet. The installers were very professional and overcame the challenge of installing our commercial hood. Thank you James for the great customer service you provided. I am no more a Gerhardt customer.

The service was handled with total professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. The Speed Queen TC5 and DC5 set has been fantastic, solid, powerful, and clearly built to last. You can immediately tell these machines are high quality and designed for reliability. Delivery and setup were smooth, efficient, and done with care. Everything was installed properly, and they made sure we understood how to use the machines before leaving. It’s rare these days to find an appliance store that combines expert knowledge, great customer service, and dependable products, but Petrillo Appliance absolutely delivers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality appliances and a stress-free buying experience.

  WoW. Quick reply, and next day delivery when our fridge died. Included install and taking away the old unit. The tech even swapped out the updated handles for our old same brand handles that matched the rest of our appliances. Easy communications.
