  This store epitomizes an Absolute Gold Standard in customer service. As of late, gone are the days when employees/representatives of a company were genuinely invested on their customers, when they were kind, courteous, attentive, in-tune, service-oriented and placed the customer's interest anove their own. This store actually embodies ALL of those amazing qualities. I've practically never experienced such a high level of customer service. One R&F rep, AC Cosme, took the time to personally help me reconstruct a lost order, located pieces that were out of stock, comformed discounted sale prices, and got us back on schedule by coordinating the delivery with the move-in date to our new house. Despite my frustrations with the sometimes glitchy online system, AC remained consistently knowledgable, professional and reassuring. He truly RESOLVED the matter IN FULL. He was exquisitely polite, humble and remained constantly in the mode of service. It is my great hope that the store manager and regional manager see this review and understand what an incredibly rare and valuable employee they have in AC. Our sincere thanks to R&F for helping us secure exactly what we needed in real time.

  Jonny Shoolman is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with at Raymour & Flanigan in Exton, PA He is intelligent and very knowledgeable about how furniture is manufactured and it’s quality level. He explains thoroughly the delivery process and timeline and how you will be well informed of upcoming delivery dates. Jonny is also completing familiar with all your financial choices like discounts and financing. He will be my furniture salesperson until he retires and I have been shopping at this location for many years.

  Once again we had a great experience shopping for furniture. Our salesman was Steve Thompson at the Exton location. He was helpful without being pushy. He answered all our questions and processed our purchase efficiently. We found just what we were looking for from the great selections and prices at Raymour & Flannigan.

  Was vey impressed with the spacious ,clean, well stocked store. Furniture floor plan was well thought off. A salesman welcomed us immediately. A friendly gentleman who knows the business very well. Polite and best of all not pushy. Do business with him anytime

  Faisal was amazing!! I came in not knowing anything that I wanted, and he took the time to show me every option and work with me. I am a young and new home owner, and Faisal helped so much. He gave me my own space to look, but was always there when I needed his input. I would highly suggest asking for him, and the furniture itself is obviously BEAUTIFUL!!! 10/10 experience!
