  Avoid (RALPH) at ALL cost. He made 3-4 mistakes with our couch. First sent us the wrong set up and “tried” to get us to pay for HIS mistake. Secondly, he had a team drop off the right piece but failed to use the right address for the pick up. The delivery team can’t pick up items apparently. Then today he failed to use the right address for just the pick up so we have an extra piece of furniture just sitting in our new house. Ralph will come off as if he cares because he’s a salesmen but truly he is one of the most unreliable people I’ve ever come across. It’s now come to the point I will just no longer use Raymore and Flanagan.

  Paulette was very knowledgeable of each piece in the showroom and took us around to look at what exactly what we were looking to purchase. No pressure. Very pleasant and Paulette made our shopping experience very positive. I can recommend Paulette to you with confidence.

  Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Store is well set up and very clean. Brystal was pleasant to deal with and there's no pressure.

  I was looking for a recliner and I was pretty specific about what I was looking for. I went to the store in Exton, they were helpful but didn't have what I wanted. They sent me to their outlet and I found what I was looking for. Nice customer service!

  Horrible customer service at the Exton location! I left a message for the district manager Sal days ago never called me back. I will never shop there again and I will tell all my friends and family the same.!
