  Jon Marcus was excellent! He was patient when we tried every sofa in the place several times to find just the right sofa for our family. He gave us space when we needed it and was right there when we had questions. Will be back to see Jon when its time to buy mattresses!

  I purchased a living room set from John Marcus at Raymore and Flanigan and he was super helpful in giving me information and helping me complete the purchase as the set I chose was not at his store. It was nice to be treated well and made me feel cared for. Thanks John for all your help!!!

  Went to the R&F Outlet in Exton yesterday to find new side tables and coffee table for our church lobby. Jon Marcus was our sales associate and was very kind & professional. We found exactly what we were looking for and were in and out in less than an hour. Thank you Jon for making it a great experience.

  I have been wanting a new couch for quite a while, but dreaded being pounced on & followed throughout the showroom. Today, was a different story. Jon Marcus greeted me at the door, then stepped away, telling me to call him if I had any questions, when I told him that I was just looking. I really had no intention of buying anything today. When I found something I was interested in, Jon put me at ease patiently answering all of my questions. He then gave me the time to look around the showroom again by myself to ensure that I was happy with my choice. He also put me in touch with a charitable organization so I can donate my current couch, which is so helpful!! Jon explained all of the financing and the protection plan. He is friendly and not overbearing, the two things that had me dragging my feet on even visiting the showroom. As I told Jon, you can get an idea of inventory on the website, but the colors, the feel of the materials and the quality of the piece can only be determined by visiting the showroom. And if you’re lucky, Jon Marcus will be your consultant.

  My family and I walked into Raymour and Flanigan outlet on Swedesford Road in Exton Pennsylvania today and was greeted by Paulette Buglio, the home furnishings and Sleep consultant and she was a complete professional. I was only going to buy a motorized recliner Because I have serious back injuries and pain and I wound up purchasing he sofa and loveseat as well. Paulette was not pushy at all and allowed me to browse the showroom without putting pressure on me while making my decisions. As long as Raymour and Flanigan is in business, they will have me as a customer.
