  Exceptional experience from start to finish! Melissa, the Store Manager, and Sean, my Sales Associate, went above and beyond to make my experience outstanding. Sean was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I needed without ever making me feel pressured. Melissa was equally impressive—her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure I was completely satisfied showed exactly why she’s in management.

  I ordered a few things about 3 months ago. They said it was out of stock but would be ready at a certain date. I called then and they said it was basically ready and they would call very soon to schedule delivery. They didnt call so a few weeks later I called and they gave a quick apology and said it's ready and the delivery place would call to schedule it. Then the delivery guy called a week later and said only 1 of the items was ready. They kept giving me the runaround and either werent being honest or they just don't have their act together. I just called the manager, he didnt apologize or ask for details, but canceled the order for me and he was mildly rude and mildly impatient. If they don't have ALL your items in stock ready to go, I suggest you don't order.

  I purchased a new couch last week, by far the best experience compared to the past. I appreciate the space to explore the store and figure out my options without an employee hovering. I was ready with my selection, no need for additional conversation. Melissa assisted with finalizing the purchase. She's always polite, offers detailed explanations about the add-ons for the purchase, and quick to complete the financing part. The whole exchange took about 15 minutes, no additional steps or people. Appreciate the assistance.

  Jonathan Marcus could not have been more pleasant to work with in choosing a loveseat for my home. He helped me consider my space and decor in deciding which of two possibilities would work best for me. A friend and I had met Jon previously, soon after he joined the sales staff. We were impressed with him, so I was very glad he was available on my return today to make a decision!

  My sister and I had a wonderful experience today at Raymour and Flanagan Outlet. Jon Marcus, our sales representative, was amazing! He took the time to really listen to what we needed for our mother. We were looking for a mattress and frame that needed to be a specific height, and Jon went around with a tape measure and a calculator to figure out exactly the right configuration that would be safe for our elderly mother to get in and out of at night. I can't say enough good things about Jon. He was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and most importantly, caring. Ask for him if you're ever in the Exton outlet store.
