  Stopped in to grab some chlorine and had a really disappointing experience. We greeted the associate behind the counter when we walked in, but she was rude from the start and acted like helping us was an inconvenience. We were nothing but polite, so it was honestly surprising to be treated this way. Customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately this visit left a bad impression. We won't be going back to this location, not that it matters to them.

  Usually get my chlorine at Home Depot for a bit cheaper than Leslie’s, but figured I’d give Leslie’s chlorine a shot since they say (and some disagree) that it has higher chlorine content. I ordered it online because it said it was in stock at Exton and would be ready to pick up in the store the next day. The next day, called up the store and they never received the order but said they have the chlorine in stock. Then I called the headquarters who repeatedly told me that it had to be “shipped” and “delivered.” Asked for clarification about what exactly would be shipped if it was in stock at the store. I was denied an answer yet told repeatedly that it would take 3-5 days to get my order ready, when it is in stock in the store. Just kept avoiding the question until I asked to cancel my order and choose another place to get my chlorine. The chlorine was for commercial purposes and I planned my entire day on picking up this chlorine between my job sites. The $20 online discount they offer means nothing when what your order is not ready as promised and you are continuously mislead as to where the products you order actually are and when they will be ready.
