  We had a great experience with the manager, Sharina. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We enjoyed working with the designer, Abbie. We are excited to see our new furniture layout!

  Couch was delivered stained, June 30th I pointed it out to the delivery man they took pictures of it. I called the store when they were here delivering it and was told that someone would call me back for an appointment to get it cleaned. It is Aug 27th I can’t get anyone to call me back the sales associates just keeps telling me there’s no notes in system and I need to speak to a manager. Everytime time I call back, the managers are never in. I made it clear from the start I’d be moving the couch to another state in the end of August. So now it’s the end of August and the couch still has the stain highly doubt and I’ll get any money back since they’ll probably offer to clean it and it’ll already be moved. Very disappointing, considering how expensive furniture is and how much my family has purchased

  The furniture got delivered today, I am extremely satisfied with the service at the showroom as well as the delivery personnel. There was a minor glitch with the schedule at one point, which got sorted out in a professional manner! Thank you La-Z-Boy Exton

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience at La-Z-Boy in Exton! We are full-time RVers and came in looking to replace the sofa and recliners in our fifth wheel, which definitely comes with some unique size and space challenges. Sharina was absolutely wonderful to work with. She took the time to listen to what we needed, understand the limitations of our RV, and help us explore options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. We also had the pleasure of working with Abby, the interior designer, who was fantastic! She helped us look at everything from a design perspective while still keeping the very specific needs of RV living in mind. Having her expertise and eye for design made the whole experience even better. Furniture shopping for an RV isn’t quite the same as furnishing a house, and we really appreciated the extra attention, patience, creativity, and knowledge from both Sharina and Abby. We left feeling excited about the possibilities and very well taken care of. Highly recommend the Exton La-Z-Boy team — especially Sharina and Abby!

  Abbey was a complete delight. She came to our house to determine what size chair we should get and we then followed up at the store . The original salesperson was equally great . Once we got back to the store she guided us to the proper chair . It was a seamless transaction Again kudos to Abby
