I am thoroughly disgusted with the Lowes appliance department! We bought a Galaxy Refrigerator, it died after 3 months.Yes, we bought the warranty . For what!! Noone wants to help correct the problem. We have gone in circles. They promised our money back; we cannot get it!! Still pursuing!!! They have the non working refrigerator.

I stopped by this store while traveling to grab some quick hardware supplies and had a fantastic experience. The building is huge and clean, making it very easy to find exactly what I needed right away. The garden section looked beautiful and well cared for, and every employee I walked past smiled and asked if they could help me find anything. Checking out was super fast, and the cashier was incredibly friendly, which always makes a road trip much better. I will definitely be stopping by Lowe's Home Improvement

Poorly trained representative for the washer and dryer department.
Purchased a new washer and dryer. Spent a decent amount of time with the representative.
I requested delivery and installation. A sub contractor came out and told me that they were just taking away the old washer and dryer annd dropping off the new onesz I was told that the installation wasn’t part of the work order.
I requested that I didn’t want the new washer and dryer. One of the workers said that they could do the installation but that that it was a separate charge in which they didn’t know what the total would be.
Already upset, I just told them to do it and that I would sort this out later.
I was then told that the washer was electric and that the dryer was run on gas so they couldn’t install the new dryer. (My fault).
After installation was complete with the new washer, the technician ran the washer and left. 5-10 minutes later, water started pouring in t wash room, down the vents and into the walls and basement (improper installation).
I called the technician, they came back and the other technician fixed the issue. This is 100% Lowe’s fault. It started with them. And still ends with Lowe’s because of their improper partnership with an unqualified company and poor staff training with their own people. I will never purchase a major appliance with Lowe’s again.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
