Once it arrived, they couldn't find it and I had to walk all over the parking lot and the store before they found the person who knew where it was located. Aside from this, the staff were friendly, patient, and used an appropriate amount of humor to keep things light. They helped connect everything up and ensured everything was working correctly. Very happy with the experience!
- JJJustinApr 28, 20261.0Went to warranty out craftsman rachets bring them in walk to get new ones with another worker he was helpful and found replacements for me. We picked the replacements then Dave came up and took the new equivalent tools and old tools he said we can't warranty them and I'd have to call a number because they don't make these rachets anymore even though I have done walk in warranty before. So called life time warranty yet they can't stand behind it. Dave was rude. I'd go to a different location for warranty thanks to Dave.
- JBJeb BeckerApr 27, 20261.0A friend of mine and bought a $200 pull behind spreader in March 2025. He and I used it once that year to spread pelletized lime on our lawns. From the beginning, it didn't work well(it kept hitching while spr lime). My friend went to put lime down March of 2026 and it stopped spinning the spreader. I took the spreader back to the Lowe's in Erie, PA with the sales slip and they wouldn't make things right because I took it back a few weeks after date of purchase. A piece of machinery purchased for that price should work longer than 2.5 applications!! Total piece of crap 💩 and NO HELP FROM LOWE'S.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
