Clean and easy to access. After the introductory period, the price went up more than I anticipated. But, I had zero issues using the app to move in, manage payments, and move out. No bugs or funky smells like I heard about other places.

This was my first experience having storage space at any Extra Space Storage. In the past, I've had storage units that were just okay. This location (and perhaps all locations) is AMAZING. First of all, it is impeccably clean and well maintained. No bugs, no rodents, not even any dust accumulated in my unit! It is warm during the winter and cool during the summer.
The management team here is equally impressive. They were always there to answer any questions that I had. They worked with me with any concern over the years. My satisfaction was their #1 priority. Mike and Tyler are amazing people to work with and I cannot recommend this facility enough.
The ONLY reason that I needed to leave was because of location. Everything else would have been satisfactory for years to come!

Renting the unit online was streamlined and very easy. Once me and my fiancé arrived, we called the number posted on the door, and Mike quickly met us to give us our tour and set us up with the unit. He explained everything thoroughly and was very approachable. Have been back multiple times to drop things off without any issue. Love that you can drive inside.

I have rented storage units with different companies at multiple locations on the West Coast for personal use and business use over the years but this is hands down the nicest unit I have rented. It is very new, clean, well lit, temperature controlled and thoughtfully designed with access to the units inside the building via driving right inside or by the front door. The building is very secure with access codes that only allow entry into the building via the front door or the garage door/driveway. There are also cameras at all exterior entry/exit points and throughout the inside halls. The staff who work here are also very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. You cannot go wrong with storing your belongings at this Erie, PA facility.
