- JBJ BAug 22, 20261.0Google Review I’ve been a customer of Eagle Rental for several years and have had an ok experiences overall. Unfortunately, my recent experience with management has been disappointing. I understand the need to follow up regarding accounts, but repeatedly coming to a customer’s home after being asked not to, yelling through the doorbell camera, and being told by management that they will continue coming back feels excessive. I ultimately had to have them trespassed from my property. I believe these situations can be handled much more professionally and respectfully. They scream and yell and have terrible attitudes. 0/10 communication.
