- CPChrissy ProperMay 9, 20261.0Would not recommend they let their employees harass customers in the parking lot would not recommend this store there are plenty of other stores with great customer service but this unfortunately is not the store here's an update gave the harasser my phone number and now she's calling my personal cell phone harassing me that's how that store treats you when you call to make a complaint management gave employee my phone number now employees calling and harassing me

What is the At Home return policy?
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”.
Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.

E-Gift Cards can be purchased on our websit in any amount between $1 -$500. Additional funds can be added to the card in any value up to $500. Your recipient will receive the electronic Gift Card within 12-24 hours after the order is placed.
