- RSR Squared1 day ago5.0Three delivery men came today—2 for the range and 1 for the dishwasher. All 3 did a great job with removal of the old and installation of the new in a timely fashion and done correctly. All gave advice on caring for the new appliances. Was pleased with the installation and explanations of the registration process and extended warranties. The appliances look great.
- VBVincent BerkesOct 14, 20265.0Excellent workmanship, great product will definitely deal with Kleckner& Sons in the future for appliances in Emmaus
- LALinda ArnowittOct 13, 20264.0Very pleased with sales and installation. Only negative were 2 extra fees charged, surcharge for gas even though I paid for delivery and installation as well as the high fee charged for using a charge card
- BPBrian PuskarOct 8, 20265.0Delivery team was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Timing was as promised.
- MMMikeOct 5, 20265.0Amazing experience! I felt no pressure from Jill when making the purchase to buy something I didn’t need. She explained the differences in the two models I was interested in and showed me similar ones on the showroom floor. She explained the extended warranty and how I would have time to purchase it even after delivery. On day of install, Kyle was professional and did a great job. He explained how to use the dishwasher and checked to make sure everything worked and I was satisfied before leaving. I would absolutely buy again from here in the future!
