  Our new dishwasher stopped working. It took several days for a service person to come out and service the dishwasher. They said a part needed to be replaced and would take 7-10 days. When the part was replaced the touch screen wouldn’t work. They said the parts were not communicating and they needed another part. When I called to speak with a supervisor they told me I may not hear back until the next day. The person I spoke with on the phone told me that they needed to wait to hear back from the service man and they could not call him to see what was wrong to speed up the process. Incredibly disappointed with the communication and service we have received.

  Just wanted to say I love my new GE fridge My sales person Rhiannon Ortiz was very helpful - she new the size I needed. I was a bit skeptical; but to my surprise the new fridge fit right in my space. The 2 delivery men exceptional. Great job “ Kleckner Emmaus”

  Great hometown family owned appliance store in Emmaus. Huge selection of appliances with excellent staff and friendly no pressure shopping. I have purchased appliances and when service was needed, they were professional and very efficient. Emergency calls were are followed up quickly and staff is helpful and very nice !!

  The sales lady was not hard press to seal anything so we wore not pressured in to buying anything, we did get a new gas dryer.
