  A Thank You to Shull’s Tree Service In July 2025, a small group of individuals who were raised in Marietta came together with the goal of placing commemorative markers at two historic locations: an abandoned cemetery and the site of the former Wesley AME Zion Cemetery and site of former Church and Colored School. We are deeply grateful to the companies and individuals who helped prepare these sites. One company assisted us by removing fallen trees and dead branches, but due to scheduling difficulties, the project could not be completed in time for the next phase of the effort. With an important deadline approaching, we contacted Shull’s Tree Service and explained our situation. They responded immediately and came to our aid. Their crew safely removed large hanging branches, cut down at least six dead trees, cleared additional debris, and hauled everything away. They also ground several stumps, completing the entire job in less than a day. Dave, the manager and estimator, carefully assessed the site and provided a fair and reasonable estimate. Throughout the process, he communicated clearly and treated our group with kindness and professionalism. On the day of the project, the four-person crew worked efficiently and seamlessly as a team. Their professionalism, quick response, and outstanding service helped keep this important community effort moving forward. We are sincerely thankful to everyone at Shull’s Tree Service for their support and generosity.

  Giant limb fell off my giant tree. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Reasonably priced. The guys are very friendly and we’re helpful with saving some fire wood. They kept my tree alive for 20 years after everyone else said it was dead. Gotta love that!

  As professional an outfit as I've ever encountered. Top notch equipment and crew that knew exactly what they're doing. They removed a huge tree and did not leave one speck of sawdust behind. My highest praise & recommendation.
