  My wife and I purchased a pool from Greg and his team this spring. We ran into some problems with our local permit and code which required additional documentation. Greg was with us every step of the way assisting in filling out the paperwork and obtaining the manufacturers documents that were needed by the code approver. Everything is now approved and pool is going in. Once installed as a 1st time pool owner, Greg is going to come out and give a walk through on the ins and outs of pool ownership. Definitely recommend Greg and his team.

  We bought our pool from Northampton pool and that’s where the good experience ends. The above ground pool installer “Tommy” was a complete disaster, he at first attempted to dig the area by hand, we live on a 3 foot hill, after we complained he came back with a machine, but still didn’t dig the area large enough. Our brand new pool that cost us $ 5,000 is 5” out of level and uneven. Greg at Northampton pool said “oh your yard was the one with all the shale”, that doesn’t account for the pool being unlevel and crooked. We had a pool prior to this one and had no trouble with the installation or the 27 years it was in the same area. So much for getting a bigger pool. We feel as if all the joy of the new pool we saved to get is gone now with this awful experience. Steer clear of “Tommy” and Northampton pool if he recommends him for your pool work.

  Waited for almost 45 minutes in the store to find out what part I needed for my filter system. No one ever asked if I needed any help and when I asked for assistance I was greeted with "hang on a minute" multiple times. After not being helped I decided to leave and find my pool parts elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend!
