    I spent Alot of time in store picking out rugs with my parents. The associate was beyond amazing & I can't find his name rn. Hispanic man, middle-aged. Thorough, patient, friendly & knowledgeable..thank you so much!

    Donna J who works at this Lowe’s was awful! She was so incredibly rude when I had a question about my curbside pickup. And yelled at me in the store, told me to back up, and kept saying “I don’t know” when I asked about my curbside pickup order, which I have been waiting 45 minutes for. I have never, never been treated like this by anyone in my life.

    Recently was in this store to pick up paint . Found a sale sign for a gallon of paint I needed went to the register and it rang up full price . Talked with Toni the sales associate and she said no full price even tho I said there was a sign stating a lower price. She told me I guess you don’t want and took the paint I finished my transaction and went back to double check the price as I needed the paint . I took a picture of the shelf and found I indeed did have the correct price. When I went back up with a picture of the accurate sale price she was quite rude yelling over to the paint section while I stood there that they had a sale sticker that needed to come down then called the manager over to which she stood there and talked about how ridiculous it was that they had to give the sale in front of me! I understand there was an error on their part but she could have and should have called over to the paint section to double check the price since she had no problem yelling about the error and second they could have waited till I left the store to talk rudely about me as I stood there. This associate needs to be retrained in customer service . This experience made me very uncomfortable as I do not like confrontation and tried to be nice and understanding with the cashier .

    I usually do all my house needs shopping here however lately it’s been less than ideal. I may have to switch to Home Depot (especially because they’re closer to home). Today I came in and picked a door mat at the entrance. Last one, no tag. After I finish my shopping, I went to pay a self check out explained the situation. No one could go look for the rug price at that point in time so I did. still couldn’t find it went back to the checkout and they looked it up on the screen no luck again so another woman came took the rug to go look and talk to the manager after 15 minutes, I got tired of waiting. I did explain to them that the other Mats said 1698 or 1798. I explained I was on a time crunch after the 15 minutes and no one came back with the rug so I left. At that point why couldn’t a price point be entered in as the other exact rugs just different color?
