  This company is a rip off do not get no car key made by them. Went to the Kiosk on 4/5/26 to get a ford transit key made did the steps required we were then told a technician would need to call us because the kind of key we need it has a chip and would need to be programmed fine not a problem. Since this was our first using the kiosk we wanted to why he needed to come out. He couldn’t speak English properly so we had to keep repeating ourselves slowly which was frustrating, then he said he would be there in an hour which would be 1:30pm. We asked how much the cost would be and he said he doesn’t know yet. We tried calling him back but our phone calls keeps getting disconnected. He can call us but we couldn’t reach him. At 1:45pm that’s when the technician called saying he is in traffic and he would be 10-15 minutes late we were not happy at this point. He showed up at 2pm at this point, my boyfriend explained to him about the key situation he took the key went over to his car. About 10 -15 mins my bf walked over to him and asked, if he can fix it because since he took the he never walked back over to us to say whether he can fix it or not or the cost. His reply was, we need to give him time and he is working on it and if after he finish and if we don’t want it that’s fine and he don’t speak English well. My bf was trying to explain that is unprofessional and that’s not how you do things. At this point he still did not gave us a price. He got the key to start working with the vehicle then he told us the price is $300. The technician knew the price all along . We were shocked and would not recommend or use their services in the future total rip off. If you need key you best yet call a local locksmith or go to the dealership at least you’ll get a better service. ShopRite should remove their vending kiosk from their location.

  Understanding that the roads were *a little* slick. We communicated with the locksmith that we would meet at the house we were locked put of at a certain time. We made it on time, he did not. I called to get an update, he said 15 minutes. We waited 30. He still wasn't there. In desperation, we had to break in a different way. Could we have done that initially, yes, but we were willing to pay to not break in. But, again, we have a dog locked inside and a kid locked out that needs to GO. I called him back to cancel and he was quite angry and expected me to pay the service fee since he was only 1 minute away. I looked up and down the road and didn't see anyone so, no, Sir. He didn't give me updates about weather or traffic. I had to call him. That's not professional.

  Over priced compared to other kiosks . Plus it was buy three get one free. Paid close to 25.00
