First, they confuse my address with my neighbor. Then send someone right way to provide the service he couldn’t access my account to know what it needed to be done. To me it seems like job half done. I would prefer they fix all the issues they created with my account before having someone over my house. I emailed the representative that came to my house never got a reply. Find someone else.

Watch for costs when you cancel and service was not always good. Hit and miss. I asked for 1 person that was really good and got they can't do that. So I called back to cancel and they said they can now do it with the one guy and would drop the price $30 a month out of the blue, the care for the customer to me isn't top rated when I see things like this. Plus, asked the gentleman to take care of back deck and when he sent me pictures he sent me one that wasn't even my back yard. He was here for less than 5 minutes and only did the front, not what I asked him to do that he said he would.

The technician was knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time to spray, set traps and remove webs and eggs, as was noted by the representative. The price is very reasonable for volume of service, and the pay / service schedule is understandable. All around from the representative to technician, great service.

Got sold on they were gonna do the entire yard/lawn, all around the house l, and around sheds.
" we will treat in a grid pattern starting in the front and work our way back and forth all the way around , we will get around the rock walls, down the fence line, around the sheds, the full permitter of house starting at the foundation, all around the eves, around all windows and doors, it's gonna treat for spiders, ants, flees, ticks, bees, mosquitoes, everything."
What I got was about the same job I could have done myself with a $20 bottle of home defense from the hardware store. They didn't even coat the whole house, didn't touch the lawn or rock walls and went to about half way point around the sheds packed up and was gone in about 25 mins tops.
No hard feelings on the tech he was just doing his job, but I feel the communication of the pressure sales person telling ya everything he can to get you to sign up and the actual reality of what you get are way different and need to be improved, it is a very costly thing to sign up for and then to not receive what was sold for is very undesirable

Tired of salesmen at my door. Can’t get the hint, I don’t want you at my door. I live in a no solicitation neighborhood. After saying I’m not interested 3 times the salesman continued to bother me.
1 star . Terrible salesmen coming to my property without permission .

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
