- TPTomasz Pyda1 day ago5.0Significant difference between last year with no service and this year
- RMRichard MartinezOct 7, 20261.0I want to say zero stars! Dealing with this company has been nothing short of frustrating. Long story short, you can only speak with "customer service" and not the actual local branch in your area who is providing the service. Each person in "customer service" has no idea about what was discussed with the previous "customer service" rep. Then you get a text from a different "customer service" rep who didn't even know I rescheduled the appointment nor that I needed to treat for beetles! Don't trust your money or your house with this company.
- GHGrace HamletOct 6, 20265.0Ryan did a very professional service of my exterior home and yard. I have found for several years having Aptive has been extremely helpful to protect my family and dog from issues with ticks and fleas on our lawn. In addition, we have no issues of ants or spiders in our home
- NRNita RamosSep 30, 20261.0Horrible service, Don’t recommend ever! Go else where! The customer service sucks, they don’t care about the customers and they over charge! Don’t waste your money on them. If I could give them a zero star I would! The people who work here are nasty. I asked to speak to the supervisor they told me no. I asked to be transferred to the disconnect department and they told me no. Unbelievable. All they want is your money. Don’t dare sign up for any service
- TRTIffany Rodriguez-TossasSep 25, 20265.0The technician, Graham , was a true professional. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. His Customer Service skills are to be commended.

What does Aptive Pest Control do?
Aptive offers year-round pest control services for a range of insects and invasive species., including wasps, ants, scorpions, spiders, crickets, fleas, cockroaches, mice, rats, silverfish, earwigs, slugs, and snails.
Is Aptive pest control safe?
Aptive’s goal is to provide customers with professional and effective pest control solutions that reduce the harmful effects of pests. Aptive uses EPA approved products and follows all guidelines for the appropriate use of the products. Aptive is also a member of the EPA’s Pesticide Environmental Stewardship Program, a program that engages communities in building awareness and reducing pesticide risk.
What pests do you treat?

Aptive otherwise does not treat any wood-destroying organisms such as termites, carpenter bees, or carpenter ants. Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
