I have been @ this Storage Locker since 2013 however, the new manager or owner Mr Cole has been extremely kind! Actually goes above and beyond! Extremely tentative to myself, considering that he probably deal with a ton of people it’s very personal in a world where most issues are handled with robots!

Cole Houston was accessible , patient ( I have a hearing disability) & friendly. He made sure he understood exactly what I was hoping to accomplish ( downsizing my storage unit/space ) and assisted me in making it happen .
He made sure that the entire process was clear to me before finalizing the plan.
My interactions throughout the day (the 3 to 4 hours that I was there ) could have not been handled any better. He is ( as an Old Friend used to say ) an " ACE" !
