After multiple calls FINALLY got assistance canceling order. Yet still no refund .... totally ridiculous. And from conversations its an ongoing theme. Guess Dub needs a Home Depot.....
- SHStacie HullApr 27, 20261.0I purchased a riding mower from the DuBois Lowe's. It did not work when I got it home. However Lowes was closed because it was Sunday. I went back at 650 am Monday to talk to them about it. They had the same mower on the sidewalk and I asked them to hold it for me until the end of my workday as my friend who could haul it was also working. They said yes and took my info. When I went back the mower was sitting there with my name on it and they refused to exchange it and told me it was sold. I said yes, to me. Thats my name. And they said no it was sold 2 weeks ago. But its still for sale online and its still on thier front sidewalk. When I asked to talk to a manager, I was told he was in a meeting and I couldnt. The only thing I was offered was a return and was told I could drive to the next lowes to get it if they had one. Edit: I called the 800 customer service number who said they cant do anything to help me. Edit 2: The website lowes listed below does not help. I asked to have a call back from the district manager and they have ignored me.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
