Shane is super helpful and communicative. I had an issue with a rate increase and he solved my problem. This corporation will always increase your rates in your unit so you have to constantly be in communication with the staff to ensure you maintain a decent monthly rate and at this location the staff is very helpful with that which I greatly appreciate.
