  He put needed chlorine tablets in the floaters that were all used up in just a few days, or were put in the floaters originally. When I saw the beginning of algae because there were no chlorine tablets, I needed shock the pool and add liquid chlorine myself.

  Bill did an excellent job on my pool equipment repair! He found the problem quickly, repaired it, then found me to explain what the issue was. DS Pool service doesn’t charge you for work they didn’t do, and they repair what is broken — nothing needed replacing. I hugely recommend the company and Bill!

  I am a new customer with DS Pools and am looking forward to them working on my pool in the future. Bill was knowledgeable and polite when it came to getting the pumps up and running. He answered all questions and provided insight on what to look for in the future when it comes to newer pump equipment and the pool itself. I feel like my pool is in good hands.   Once again DS Pools has done professional work on my pool, whether it's my pool opening, closing or updating equipment, I have found the people at DS Pools to be honest, straightforward and knowledgeable. Dave was the technician today, but every person over the years, Matt, Charlie, etc., have been A plus. I highly recommend DS Pools (and in fact my neighbor uses then now too, at my suggestion).
