I don’t know what happened this season, but service has been terrible. I’ve been a customer for about five years. This season they seem like an entirely different company, and not in a good way. I called and emailed multiple times to receive service that was contracted last year. They never returned my calls or emails, and the work order never got completed. They never responded to any of my communications, but had time to text me before my closing and let me know that if the pool is not lowered to right water level they would charge me a $100 fee. Next year we will work with a new company.

Bill and he’s very knowledgeable. He pointed out some of the flaws with the installation of my pool equipment. I will be using DS pool service going forward.

Left skimmer cover and cap to the plug off. Not sure about the chemical float (missing) but they say he put powder chemicals in pool- I find that hard to believe with no water circulating.

Pool closing winterize for our 28’ above-ground with cover put-on Greg O & his assistant were thorough & helpful in answering any questions. I look forward to spring opening with DS pool company.

Dave was amazing! We knew service was scheduled today but we still received a text, email and Dave met us at the door and introduced himself. Although this isn’t my favorite day of the year- hate closing the pool He took the utmost care of our pool and delivered exceptional service! Looking forward to opening the pool ! Thanks to Dave we know it will be in great condition!
