  Incredible service all around! Was punctual, knowledgeable, and solved my pool heater issue. Additionally, he recommended connecting my pool heater to my remote control, something that wasn't performed by the original pool builder. We always use DS pole service moving forward.

  Levi was extremely polite and professional. The guys did a great job as they always do. It was a trial run on a new pool cover. I’ve been using DS since the start of their business and have always been completely satisfied with them. I highly recommend them!

  Had a great experience with DS pools. Had a leak from our filter and was hard to diagnose. Tim was very helpful and more than fair to make sure our problem was taken care of. As well as the 3 separate teams that came out to work on it. Nice to know good work and great costumer services still exists. We will be costumers for life. Thanks team!!!!

  Previous homeowner used DSPool. I figured to continue with them since the had the pool cover. Opening was subpar. The pool was left very dirty, lines were mislabeled, and pump clamp stripped ($400 part). They have since been out to see parts they broke and relabel pump. They were supposed to “resolve the broken part”. They have completely ghosted me which would have left my pump inoperable since the opening. I had to source and replace the part myself. Had I known how to do this my pool would have been out of commission all summer. Terrible customer service.
