Instead of being annoyed at me showing up early they looked up my order and were only waiting on 1 item, they communicated with each other and myself that it would only take a few minutes and after quickly finishing up what they were doing they got my last item and got me on my way. Friendly, professional, and great communication!

My Larson door parts were to be here 3/27/26 The door associate said he would call Larson to check on the order. He said he would call me. That was over a week ago. He did not call me. I’m very frustrated. The customer service is pathetic, the associates at the customer service desk agreed that the AI system is lacking and that they’ve had many complaints and basically shrugged me off. Today is 4/23/26 and I just wasted more time trying to get my way past AI to an associate in doors or customer service and no one will answer the phone. Grrrr. I’m so angry. I’ve already paid for the parts too.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
