Just wanted to share what a great experience I had at the Dickson City Pa Lowes store today. A few months back my husband purchased an exterior paint for our porch. When he finally had a chance to do it the paint was an awful color yellow. Since the return policy had expired, I thought I would see if they could at least alter the color so I didn't take a total loss and would have to purchase another can of paint. I explained to the paint associate in detail what happened and what if possible if she can help me. I picked a color that I was hoping she could come close to matching. Vicky C. exceeded my expectations of customer service that day. She had a few problems with the paint can leaking but never at one moment did I see her get angry. She worked her magic and came very close to what I wanted. She even made sure the paint can was taped up good, so it didn't leak. I can't express enough how grateful I was that day that Vicky C. took the time to listen to me and help me. It is not that often today you find that person that will take the time to help someone. If I can rate Vicky C., I would give 100% for her excellence in the paint department. Thank you again Vicky, it was my pleasure.

Terrible customer service. I tried calling at 8:30 AM on a Thursday morning and was immediately hung up on by the representative who answered. When I called right back, they picked up the phone and just set it down on the desk—leaving me listening to background noise while completely ignoring me. They clearly have zero interest in helping customers. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this location

There is no way to speak to anyone when I call the Dickson City store.
When I look online before driving to the store to check to see if an item is available… the inventory is completely wrong. When I get there… nothing on the shelves.
Workers scan the code and tell me they are on order even though the website claims there are 40 in the store.
When I try to get someone to help me place an order for pick up using military ID… I am frustrated to have to deal with ai who is not able to help me and forwards me to the store and nobody picks up.
