  We are super pleased with Valley Pool and Spa. We were entertaining the idea of making a purchase but were not sure what direction we wanted to take. When we arrived at the store to do some research, we were lucky enough to get Griffin as our sales rep. He did an excellent job explaining the differences between the myriad of hot tub options and patiently answering all of our many questions. He provided excellent information as we proceeded and we feel very confident with our final choice. Our hot tub was delivered last week and we expect to have years of enjoyment and relaxation as we use it. The delivery team did a great job. Anna and Rhonda are most helpful as well and we are thankful to them for getting the information we needed for our permit. It is easy to highly recommend Valley Pool and Spa with their capable and professional team. We look forward to having a continued relationship with them as we purchase chemicals in the future. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise!

  The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. However the set up of my new spa has been lacking. It has been three weeks and I am still waiting on an electrician but beyond that it has not been clearly illustrated in the spa pamphlet where the electrical enters the unit or if access can be made through the panels. My last hot tub was set up by the pool company on the day it was delivered and was more clear cut. Frustrating

  Rhonda Griffen and Nick are the most incredible employees that a pool company could have their experience their knowledge their kindness shows 100% thank you all for the wonderful service. I am grateful for it.

  We purchased a hot tub from the Valley Pools and Spa in Cranberry and it was delivered with a broken electrical plug which was likely damaged during delivery. As soon as I notified the sales person, she requested pictures and initiated an expedited claim with the manufacturer to get us up and running as quickly as possible. They also gave us a gift card so that the kids could buy some pool toys. I must say that I have been pretty impressed with all of our interactions with every employee at this particular store.
