  Staff was friendly and helpful. Needed 3” chlorine tablets. 35 lb bucket was $169. Way over priced. Sam’s had a 40lb bucket on sale in May for $109.

  We bought our pool there and was a very good experience. We now don’t go anywhere else for all our pool needs. Very reasonable and the staff is so friendly and helpful

  We purchased a pool last year, while we had issues with the third party installer kind of leaving us high and dry and leveling issues with the actual work they did, valley pool spa has always been great. We had to hire someone else to install the pool due to the issues with the third party they use, and even with the new installers. We had an issue with some sagging sand and a divot in the pool. We ultimately reached out to alpine pools and scheduled for service and a pool opening in March, for it to be completed the end of May . Well May came and went and never showed up. So ultimately we went back the valley pool spa. They have always been kind and courteous and also caring, as well as provides free water testing and deals on the products. Very helpful! We will stick with valley pool spa from now on. Thanks guys!

  Delivery was on time and efficient setting into place. Anna, who I met at the Pittsburgh Home show, where I purchased the hot tub Went above and beyond answering all my questions and following up to make sure that I was satisfied. We all need more people like her working for us. As a business owner, I can say we all need more people like her. Pleasure doing business with you, Jim P.
