Lowe's at Cranberry was great to purchase our dryer. However, upon delivery, we discovered we did not have a gas shut off valve behind the dryer. We were switching from gas to electric. It was in the utility closet downstairs. So they could not install. (Our fault for not knowing this) They left the dryer in our garage and gave us a phone number to call after we fixed the gas shut off situation. However, that phone number did not connect to customer service, it was not a working number. I looked up the correct number, called it 4 times before i called the local store so I could get an actual person because the robot assistant could not find our order. Finally, i reached someone who could reschedule the installation. He was very nice to me although at that point I was very upset.
Note: your robot phone service is extremely lacking and it never connected me to a live person even though it said it would. And the system also did not connect me to feedback option on any of the calls...probably a good thing considering my frustration. Here's hoping I finally get a dryer after 1 month...and that's another frustrating and expensive tale. ICE arrested our repair guy!

I parked my truck in the parking lot far out to be out of the way since its a large vehicle. Walked to a door not realizing it was an exit door. An older female employee in the front was coming out and I went in. In her arrogance as she was several strides past me she without even looking my way says "exit only". I thought for a moment then realized she was right, so I exited lowes and went to Home Depot to buy the lumber for my new deck. Simple fact is I was hurting no one at all and found the arrogance of the way she did that to be worthy of my exit. Its the little things, unprofessional acts chase away customers. Home Depot just gained a $2300 sale, im sure they appreciated it.

Ordered a dishwasher from here 6/18/26 to be delivered to me today 6/22/26.
They cancelled my delivery, said they had truck issues. I understand stuff happens but everybody at this store could care less that I took the day off work for this delivery. No offer to do anything to make it right, just a “sorry that happened”.
Cancelled the order.
Matter of fact, when I called the store to cancel the order I originally got in touch with customer service. They transferred me to appliances. They transferred me to their supervisor. They transferred me back to customer service. At this point, understandably so, I was a bit upset. Then the icing on the cake was when the lady in customer service handed off the phone and said “he’s mad at me”. Nah, not mad at you - just do your job. But, very unprofessional to say - maybe mute me next time!!!

Best ever employee! Brian was great! He got us a flat bed cart. Loaded our lawn mower and lawn care tools. Got us checked out and everything Loaded into our truck. In and out in less than 10 mins. This Lowes has a great selection as well as great staff! Definitely worth the drive to cranberry!
