I am writing regarding a very disappointing experience at the Lowe’s in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, this morning. I came to the front desk to return a product I no longer needed, but the associate was rude, did not greet me, and did not make any reasonable effort to assist me with my return.
The interaction left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected. I expect customers to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism.
I would like management to address this experience and, most importantly, help me resolve my return. I would appreciate a prompt response and a solution.

I’ve always shopped at Home Depot. I just happen to give Lowe’s a shot and bought a patio furniture set from them. Now I remember why I don’t shop there. The set was junk and when I called to get a replacement. It was such a hassle. No customer service at all! I wouldn’t waste your time or money. Just save yourself the headache and shop at Home Depot.

My husband and I have been doing updates to our home and make quite a few trips to Lowe's Cranberry. The staff are always so nice and helpful. This trip, we had an exceptional experience and assistance from several staff members for different needs and items. We needed to return/exchange a ceiling fan and Stephanie was super helpful by paging a knowledgeable staff member to help us select one that would meet our needs. Nathaniel was so helpful and nice. He looked up measurements/ceiling heights and suggested the right one for us. Then Jim, whose shift had just ended, gave some advice for another item we needed. We were all over the store getting a cart full of items we needed. Then Luke helped us check out-he is super friendly, a sweetie pie, and made us smile as we left the store. We enjoy shopping at Lowe's Cranberry and will be back soon to buy a fire pit and other things.

Went into the Cranberry Lowe’s with a gift that I received to exchange it for a different color. The box had never been opened and I was only seeking an exchange. The employee at the return desk was very rude and began scolding me that I need to contact the person who gave me the gift and get the receipt from them otherwise, I could not do the exchange. I told her I’ve never had that experience at any Lowe’s before and I will do no such thing and stated that would be inappropriate! Then she went on a rant saying well the item could be broken and we don’t really know why you’re returning it. I told her by all means open the box then, but better yet I’ll go somewhere else to shop, the way you’re talking to me is very rude and unprofessional. So I walked out and went to another Lowe’s, exchanged my item and spent another hundred dollars worth of goods. Needless to say I won’t ever shop at the Cranberry Lowes again, so unnecessary to treat customers like that!
