  We were pleased with our experience working with Bill at La-Z-Boy in Cranberry Twp! He was patient with my ever changing thoughts about purchasing two new recliners. We finally made the decision to buy the classic looking wing back recliners which are very comfortable! Our friends who have visited our home have agreed with their comfort too! Thanks to Bill and the behind the scenes workers of this fine store!

  We worked with their designer, Katerina!! She was a dream to work with! Knowledgeable, patient, was able to tune into what our style was even though we didn’t even know at the beginning what our style was. We’ve worked with other designers and probably visited every furniture store in Pittsburgh, trying to figure out how to furnish an open concept home. We know what we’re saying when we say Katerina is THE BEST!! Can’t wait to see our new furniture in our new home.

  We had a great experience purchasing our new couch. The in-store service was excellent—Bill was very knowledgeable, helpful, and made the process easy. Delivery was also quick and efficient, which was a big plus. Our only issue was that there was a noticeable difference in the firmness of the cushions (4 cushions, two are more firm than the other two). Overall, though, we were happy with our purchase and appreciated the great customer service and fast delivery.

  It was almost a fluke that I walked into the La-Z-Boy showroom in cranberry. That had not been part of my plan for the day. I had lunch with a friend nearby and after she left, I happened to notice the La-Z-Boy store and I've had a vague hankering for a recliner for years... I did not think I had any space in my house to add a recliner... Nonetheless, I walked in the door of the beautiful showroom... And, I guess I then remembered that my mother-in-law's sofa had recliners built into it. And my own sofa ( couch? is very old. It's a futon couch that must be easily 30 years old, And even though I don't have any issues with it, I think it might be time for a change. I was greeted by a wonderful man named Bill. And he took me around to all the sofas that have recliners built into them and let me test them all out... The winner was the very last one I tried, the Clybourn?. Very clean lines...SO, I decided to go for it!! Next step was looking at the mini Fabric swatches and Bill and I picked out about eight or so that I thought might work. Next, I got to meet my wonderful interior designer Katerina, And we made an appointment for her to come to my home and we really clicked. She has a great eye. (And an upbeat charming personality.) We decided on the Fabric we talked about other things design-wise. She gave me some great suggestions about where to put some of my artwork on the walls. Next step was a business appointment back at the showroom. Everything was explained clearly to me; delivery should come in 6 to 8 weeks. I made a down payment.... easy Peezy... I feel pretty excited. I think I deserve a recliner at this stage of my life.(I probably deserved one at every stage of my life, but this is when it's happening). Forgive any typos; I voice- texted this... I feel happy that I walked into La-Z-Boy that day and I'll be happier still when my sofa, with not one but two reclining components,arrives.😻💚 THANKS, BILL AND KATERINA... You made the whole process easy and fun.AND, Depending on when you're reading this, There's a good Labor Day sale going on right now until Labor Day!

  Lazyboy in Cranberry is the worst it’s a night. Started in April when I purchased a very expensive couch. Took about 8 weeks and when it arrived the mechanical parts were broken and it squeaked. Seats sunk so bad has no support and can’t hardly get out of it. Sits like a 20 year old couch. After few more weeks service shows up only to evaluate it said both sides broken and had to mail us parts. So wait few more weeks to get parts then notify them to come and fix it. Oh but cannot fix cushions. They get here to fix and only sent parts for one side and they left broken parts on my porch for me to get rid of. My garbage man does not take that stuff. I went back to store 50 miles away and they offered to do another couch and charge me more money. I just wanted my money back but they couldn’t do that. So still waiting it’s been another 6 or 8 weeks. Lost track. So was to be delivered this Friday but called today and now they can’t deliver till 19th or 21st . We have dr appointments both days but they didn’t care . Would be further out if I didn’t cancel appointments. Asked for money back again and was told they would deduct 30 percent of my money . These people are so terrible. I will never again buy from them . Hope they go under.
