  Shopping for a new house and they had the interior designers help us. She was awesome. Can't wait till house is finished and we can get it displayed. Very very helpful.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with La-Z-Boy in Cranberry Township. I ordered a custom sectional on June 20, with a total purchase of over $12,700. It was delivered on August 18, but the powered reclining piece did not work. The delivery team attempted to troubleshoot it, and I refused the defective piece. Afterward, communication from the store was extremely poor. I repeatedly had to call for updates and had difficulty getting anyone to respond. The piece was delivered again on September 11, and somehow it still did not work. The delivery team again tried to troubleshoot it, and I refused it for a second time. I want to be clear that the delivery crew was helpful and was not the problem. On September 13, after being unable to get answers by phone, I went to the store. A male employee filling in for the manager told me I should have accepted the broken recliner and had a service technician come repair my brand-new furniture. He also told me “this is just how the furniture business is” and that some customers have furniture delivered six times before it's right. He even made a completely inappropriate comparison along the lines of “if we could end homelessness, we would.” I found the entire interaction dismissive and extremely unprofessional. Manufacturing defects can happen, but there is no excuse for sending the same defective piece back to my home a second time or treating repeated failed deliveries as normal. For a purchase of over $12,700, I expected significantly better quality control, communication and customer service. Nearly three months after ordering, I still do not have the complete, functioning sectional I paid for.

  Went to several furniture stores and found La-Z-Boy willing to work within my financial bounds. Only issue is it will take 4 to 6 wks to get furniture, no removal of existing furniture & insurance against potential damage was way to expensive. These issues were at all locations.
