  Beware! Don’t spend money on cheap furniture that doesn’t last. Overpriced !Don’t waste money on the warranty. . I was told when I purchased my sofa if any damage it could be fixed OR I can reselect a different sofa if I’m not satisfied. After 6 months , the sofa is breaking and been dangerous for my children. I have also had issues with a mattress I purchased . It’s clearly defected because they folded it during delivery, been on and off complaint long for 2 years about this issue. Customer service or management, non existent. They send a person out to do a stick test on your mattress. What a joke. That stick isn’t sleeping on the mattress and feeling the back paid I feel. Waste of 8k . Buyer beware. Go to Ashley they honor there warranty. Just spoke to customer service! 0 help. Needs to go through manufacturer, don’t tell me to call customer service to continue to be lied to on how the tech handled this situation today. Lied right from the start about not having proper tools to check the mattress? Then comes back after his manager told him to check it. They will do whatever they can to make sure you’re not getting the product you deserve .

  Michelle Knight was amazing!!! She did a great job helping us find our sofa. She didn’t pressure us and texting us when we had questions. She was super friendly and made our purchase so easy. 10/10

  My husband and I worked with Michelle Knight who was very patient, knowledgeable, and generally helpful in the shopping process. She helped guide us to our entire new bedroom furniture set, and mattress as well! Would recommend her and this store to anyone!

  John Eagen was very helpful. After he found out what I was looking for, he pointed me in the right direction. I found some nice pieces and he put together an excellent quote with the July 4th sale prices.
