  Huge selection at Raymour & Flanigan, and Sandy Pinkavitch was fantastic. She walked us through the different mattress types and helped us find the perfect fit for our needs. Excellent experience — highly recommend their sleep center if you’re mattress shopping!

  We had a problem with a metal box frame that we purchased without the legs because we had our own bed frame to put it on. Then the screws loosened up soon after purchasing. We called Sandy, our sales representative, and she scheduled a care team to come out right away. The care team told my husband that this kind of box frame could not be used with an ordinary mattress frame. I was not home when this happened. When I got home, our bed was sitting on the floor. We tried to get used to the lowered bed height, but just couldn't. Last week, we called Sandy again. She set it up, with her manager's help, for us to purchase the legs that go with the metal box frame and had a care team come out and install them for no extra charge! All in all, the time span from original purchase to final install was about 1 and 1/2 months. Sandy could have said that there was nothing that they could do because we hadn't purchased the protection plan, but she didn't. She helped us out immensely, and went above and beyond to help us!!! Thank you so very much, Sandy!!!!

  All the staff I've come in contact with at this location is very friendly, but Sandy Pinkavitch is the best! We've been searching for a couch since the winter and I met with Sandy several times before making a decision. She was very patient, helpful, sweet, and easy to talk to to!

  I think Raymour and Flanigan hit the jack pot when they hired Christina in their Collegeville location. She is so sweet, very knowledgeable and just made our experience wonderful. We had visited other mattress places, but loved our experience with Christina and wanted to buy from her. Highly recommend asking for her if you are buying in this location at the Providence Town Center.

  I was looking for a small couch to fit my apartment’s limited living room space, and Sandy Pinkavitch at the Collegeville R&F store was wonderful to work with. From the start, she took the time to understand what I needed and walked me through several options that would fit within my tight dimensions. I really appreciated how patient and informative she was, especially since I was still early in my search. Sandy made the process feel low-pressure, she even gave me a pamphlet with details on the pieces I liked so I could think it over. I ended up coming back the following week to purchase one of her recommendations, and I’m so glad I did. Sandy is friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. I strongly recommend her if you’re looking for furniture and a great customer experience. Thank you, Sandy!!
