  Long time customer. I called and spoke with an associate today who escalated my concerns quickly to the branch manager. We got off on the wrong foot (and truthfully I probably wasn’t as polite as I should have been from the jump) but, in the end, he listened to my concerns and went out of his way to prioritize them with a visit in person tomorrow morning to walk the property. Writing this review to say: they honored the contracts customer service satisfaction guarantee and I recommend their services. They stand by their work and in that end that’s all I can really ask for. Our yard needs a lot of work—we’re grateful for their responsiveness and support. Update: Mike, the Branch Operations Manager, stopped out 10 min early and fully allayed all of my concerns. I was educated on my lawn condition. And learned a lot. Thank you Mike for your professionalism—and for your continued help!

  Natural Lawn came out & recommended treatments which has already started to work on stubborn clover which was spreading . I plan to aerate & over-seed in the fall . They were prompt & courteous. Thank you Natural Lawn

  Very efficient and polite technicians. Open to change of times . effective treatment of mosquito, flea and tick. Lawn is weed free!
