  By far the worst experience as a customer, maybe in the history of buying anything. These people ruined half of my yard and did a terrible job building our pool. Please go anywhere else to buy your pool, do not buy from Valley Pool and before Valley defends themselves on here, please also understand that the contractors who did this to my yard, are the ones they reccomended.

  We've been using Valley Pool & Spa in Charleroi for about 3 years now for our pool supplies. Their customer service is always spot on and the staff there have been very knowledgeable and helpful. Their pricing has always been competitive with their competition. Because of the great service we have received from them for our pool, we decided to purchase a hot tub from them. The entire experience was effortless and smooth. When we made the purchase, we were told it would take 3 to 6 weeks for delivery. Almost exactly 4 weeks it is on our patio. They communicated well throughout the entire process and, as always, were very professional. The only hiccup in our delivery was that the incorrect cover was sent. I expected this to take a week or two to resolve. Much to my surprise and delight, it was handled same day! I can not recommend Valley enough! They have treated us very well and are great at what they do!
