  We are brand new pool owners and went in today to select the chemical system for our pool. Shawn assisted us, and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was incredibly patient, thorough, and knowledgeable while answering all of my questions, and never made me feel overwhelmed as a first-time pool owner. He was also so kind to my 7-year-old daughter, who was beyond excited about the pool and wanted to explore everything in the store. He took the time to engage with her while still making sure I understood every detail of what we needed. Shawn carefully explained the entire setup process, provided written instructions for us to reference at home, and reassured me that I could call anytime if I had questions. To top it off, he even carried all of our chemicals out to the car for us. Truly exceptional customer service — 10/10 experience. Because of Shawn, we feel confident and excited heading into our first pool season, and we’ll definitely be back for future pool accessories and supplies!

  Very professional company, it was my first time purchasing a pool and they took me through all the steps from start to finish, and explained everything along the way. Very nice staff and are always more than willing to answer any question I have. The process and installation went off without a hitch. Keep up the good work!
