Bought a toilet flange with the metal ring which i never took out of the lowes bag. I realized that i was going to need a different flange, the ones that are shifted. Went inside the lowes plastic bag and grabbed the flange to return it. It got scanned and then i used my card for verification of purchase but then was told it could not be returned because it had purple primer inside the metal ring and one dot of primer on the pvc. I didnt argue and explained that i never removed it from the lowes bag. So i just had to purchase another one. I wondered if i had bought purple primer and i had it in the bag i pulled out the flange from but i didn’t which means i bought the flange with the primer stain in it. Though the flange had no wear or sign of usage and it was in working condition, it sucked that i had to keep it.

DO NOT GET COUNTERTOPS INSTALLED THRU THIS LOWES. The company they hire to do countertops, (countertop solutions inc), lied to me and messed up my counters, and neither countertop solutions, nor lowes would do anything to fix them.

I am looking to replace privacy and chain link fence. I was provide with a name to reach out too at Chambersburg lowes. My text was read then took 3 days to acknowledge the text. I sent my information and waited a couple more days until the reply "got it" was returned. The next text informed someone in VA would be contacting me. I live in Pa. The lack of communication and disregard for the customer is unbelievable. I'm told this is his busy time. Maybe Lowe's should think of hiring another salesman to take care of their customers

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
