  We had an awesome experience with Flohr pools. Drew who assisted us with our Hot Springs Vanguard hot tub was so courteous, professional and went above and beyond to help with every step. So many thanks to our install crew, they were great. They got the hot tub on our small patio and spung it around like it was nothing. Impressive !!! I would definitely use them for any hot tub needs. Totally awesome experience !!! Thank you Drew and the install crew.

  Drew did a great job in helping us select our hot tub. He also continued to follow up during setup. He was always available when I called with questions. They delivery team did a great job setting up my tub.

  I was extremely pleased with my experience at Flohr Pools! I worked with Drew Jones and he was amazing from start to finish. I was initially worried about the process of getting a new pool, completing all of the permits and just all of the other details that are involved. Drew took care of everything! He answered all of my questions (and I had a lot), was in constant communication with me, kept me updated on the process, was hard working and dedicated to our pool, submitted the land use permit on my behalf, gave us a list of electricians, and even set up the water delivery! After the pool was installed, he came and went over everything with my husband and I. I didn’t have to worry because I knew he was taking care of everything! He made the process so easy and made sure that I was happy and understood everything that was going on. We are so so happy with our new pool and we would 100% recommend Drew Jones and Flohr Pools!!!

  This spring, i have had inadequate instructions since I paid 400.00 to have my pool opened by a someone I thought was serving me well. When I went to Flohrs and had ZACH test my water, I was relieved of much anxiety with his detailed, knowledgeable plan and his caring personable approach. Returning for further testing two days later, DREW was equally outstanding. Along with another detailed print out showing what must be adjusted. I know the pool will be blue again. Drew, Zach, Hayden and team are star quality.

  We purchased a hot tub from Flohr Pools in Chambersburg, PA, and had an excellent experience. Drew was our salesman, and he was incredibly informative and patient with all of our questions. Even after the sale, he continued to help us by answering our many questions regarding hookup and water chemistry. I highly recommend Flohr Pools for hot tub sales. All of the sales staff at Flohr Pools are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
