The main loading dock has been broken for more than a month now. Went to use unit on second floor only to find that ALL the elevators are inoperable. Totally unacceptable for a storage facility!

So expensive! Rate increases and they even tried to not give us the intro promotion until we came to the office (where the staff was rude). Unimpressed.
