Pros: New manager in the house! Things are finally changing for the better at this location now that Tony Espitso moved stores. Scott (new) manager and Scott assistant manager are a power house They have also promoted new people to positions all over the store! This location finally seems on up swing.
⚠️ : PRO desk with Chrissy in charge is still a mess. Also don't trust Brian either. He will mess up your pro order. Literally anyone else could do a better job then either of these two. Pro orders for in-store pick up are supposed to be picked first, and often not pulled in appropriate amount of time.
Lastly, don't trust in home installs on flooring, kitchens, and appliances. Get your own trusted contractor.
Best things: always well stocked, lots of helpful staff, and large selection in their garden center. The store got an update on products with more clothing choice like Carhartt. Easy to apply for credit lines if needed.

I only give reviews when I feel necessary, and this was definitely one of them. We sadly had our fridge and dishwasher break within 3 days of each other. Long story short, installation was a mess. Luckily, the assistant manager (I feel awful for not getting his name) was very understanding and I could tell he truly wanted to help us with a frustrating situation. He gave us a nice discount on the dishwasher, and ensured everything else was good to go with our other orders. He knows exactly how to show customer appreciation and keep people coming back! Thank you again!
