They will also tell you that they cannot price match THEIR OWN WEBSITE. Make sure to double check prices online to get better prices if you are forced to shop here. Better yet, shop local and don't support this company.

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and well-organized the entire layout was. Even though it was my first time at this specific location, I found everything I needed in record time. The staff here is truly top-tier. One employee proactively walked right up to me to see if I needed a hand, and another associate was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the exact door trim I was looking for. Their knowledge of the aisles saved me a ton of time during a busy day. If you’re looking for a store that’s tidy, easy to navigate, and staffed by people who actually care about helping you get in and out quickly, this is the place. I’ll definitely be stopping by this location again!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
