  Ryan V. was at my house today and took care of my pool + hot tub. He was AMAZING! He cleaned everything thoroughly and even took extra time to patiently explain to me how to maintain my hot tub. The extra time he took was truly appreciated. Thank you so much Ryan and Goodall Pools - highly recommend for all pool and hot tub needs and services!

  Had an issues with a valve on are hot tub leaking. Will and his partner came by fixed issue and explained everything to me perfectly. Will also did a complete once over even fixing an issue we didn’t even know we had. Overall great experience, super friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest.

  Ryan was selfless in his assistance on setting my pool pump even took the time to teach me and then call me back later in the day to make sure I had it right. His dedication really speaks well for Goodall Pools and I think he deserves an Attaboy for his great work on my pool. I also liked the time he spent cleaning my pool on several occasions. He is a credit to Goodall Pools and spas.

  Will Lowe came to our house on August 13 because our newly installed heater for our spa kept tripping the breaker. He was able to determine that due to our filter being originally installed below grade, the heater element was broken due to heater dry firing, and we needed a flow switch. Will was very professional , highly trained, and able to trouble shoot the problem within minutes. I definitely recommend Goodall Pools for your service needs and especially Will Lowe.

  I would give Goodall a 4.5 star overall rating…and I only say that because I feel that no matter how great a company does , there is always room to improve. I had Goodall install my pool in April 1994. Had them replace a liner 2012. And then a 3rd liner this summer. Although there were a few bumps in the road for this third liner…some on Goodall’s part…some on their liner suppliers part ( which is completely out of Goodall’s control), the installation took a bit longer than first expected. That being said, I understand mistakes can happen. After all, we are all humans and nobody is perfect. To Goodall’s credit, they did everything within their power to make things right. All of the different employees that I was in contact with throughout the entire process were nothing more than courteous, polite, and sympathetic to some frustrations I had along the way. Bottom line is this: I would very highly recommend Goodall to anyone looking to get a new pool, or have a renovation done to your existing pool. They are a very reputable, family ran business that I’ve used since 1994…and will continue to use in the future. You won’t regret doing business with them…They care, and their quality of work proves it to me year after year. Thank You to the entire team at Goodall Pools!!!
