  Will Lowe notified us in advance of his scheduled appointment to open our pool and was on time. He was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of overall pool care and maintenance. He explained each step he did and offered helpful tips as well as advised us of future issues and/or concerns. Definitely an asset to Goodall Pools.

  Mr. Will from the service dept came out to open my pool. He was excellent. He was polite, explained things step by step, & was very helpful with explaining what we needed to do in the next few days. I highly recommend this company for all of your pool & spa needs.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had a leak inspection performed on our pool, and we were very impressed with the service provided by Will. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to perform dye testing on the skimmer, returns, and steps to investigate the issue. Although no active leak was found, Will clearly explained his findings and pointed out areas of concern, including liner fading and a crack above the water line on the steps. We appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to answer our questions. It’s refreshing to work with someone who focuses on providing accurate information rather than trying to sell unnecessary repairs. Will’s professionalism and knowledge gave us confidence in the assessment, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the company to anyone looking for trustworthy pool service.
