- KDKatelyn DraperApr 20, 20261.0Unfortunately this has become my local Lowes... My first experience was ordering a fridge through them. It had a 3 week delivery on it. Why did they call me the morning of to tell me they didn't have it in stock and couldn't order it? My second experience is doing our flooring through them. Ultimate Home Services has been great. The Butler Lowes... terrible. To start they didn't order enough flooring. I didn't find out until my installation appointment. They ordered about 20 sq feet instead of 200 sq ft. Of course it is a special order item. Not only did this nearly double the cost, I then had to wait two more weeks to get the install. Now they forgot the stairnose and I have to wait for that. So far this flooring has been taking up space in my house for over a month. Terrible!

Associate Jim took the hand off and ran it in for six. I wouldn't normally review a store like this (im a foodie), but these guys deserve an attaboy.

- KRKathleen RichardsonFeb 22, 20262.0Went to Lowe’s last night and bought a bunch of things. When we got home I realized we were missing a bag containing small items. I called up Lowe’s and spoke a young man. He looked and said he was unable to locate it in the store. I explained that it probably was still in the buggy in the parking lot and there wasn’t very many carts out there. He seemed reluctant to go out to look for it and took my name and number in case he found it. We drove the 17 miles back today and of course the bag wasn’t there. It saddens me that he or someone else could have made a short trip out there to retrieve it. The store wasn’t very busy being Sat night and going the extra mile would have meant so much to this loyal customer. As is I ended up buying the same thing twice.
