We are so pleased with our new roller shades, the natural woven drapery, and the motorized shade. It was easy to work with their office personnel, designers and installers. Thank you Budget Blinds.

Budget Blinds replaced our old horizontal blinds with much nicer vertical blinds at a fair price. Everyone on their team with whom we worked was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. From start to finish, they patiently worked with us to ensure we’d be pleased with the finished project, and yes, we were very pleased when it was all done. Special shout out to Mikie, who took phone calls from us even after hours to make sure all our questions and concerns were addressed.

First off Mikey, the sales representative was great. However there may have been some miscommunication. I was under the assumption that there was a manufacturing facility in Ohio where these blinds were being made and it would be a four week time. During installation the installer Marty advised that that was not the case that they are actually manufactured and shipped from China. A bit disappointing.
But I love my blind. It is a game changer in my living room. It's beautiful.

Blinds were installed today. 1st set of blinds were wrong, installer left then here so I would have window coverings till new set arrived. They were measured incorrectly 1st time. Installer recognized it immediately. Told me that he would re-order and return to install. He did that he did a great job. I appreciate it and at this point in time I’m very happy with the end result. I am curious how the lady who came to measure that being her job they were incorrect? But as I said the end result is they look great thank you.
