Good evening Family. I visited today to ask a question about a weed wacker for the front yard. I needed a plug for it and I couldn't find it in the house. Customer service called for assistance and the associate came and helped me with my issue. It turns out that all I needed was an extension card and I have one at home. I am so happy that I did not have to spend any money. I will return home with the weed wacker and see if the extension cord fits. It turns out that it does and I am so happy about that. I had a good experience here. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years.

If I could give a ZERO star review I would. Not so much for this store but for the person they sent to give a window replacement estimate, Rose Thomas. She does not answer questions to anybody, she only emails non-answers to questions. The other people in the store tried to get her to answer me and my questions. My daughter was trying to buy a replacement Bay window to replace an old picture window at her house. I have some construction experience and I had questions that my daughter emailed Rose over Memorial Day weekend, she never answered her. I called and said I had questions about when to make payment and to follow up on the questions my daughter emailed her. The only answer my daughter got was that no payment was due until installation company did final measurement, That was done on June 8th, I called the store on June 15 questioning where the estimate was, on June 16 my daughter got an email that she could not do the window that Rose had proposed. I call the store to have her call me (my daughter does not understand construction) so I could ask some questions, and I left a voicemail on her phone. Today after me asking her to call me and several store managers emailing her to call me, my daughter got an email saying she would only deal with the homeowner and only by email. She did a proposal for a bay window with 45 degree side windows which made the window protrude 20.813 inches, this was on her estimate, the installer said this would not work, Rose's email said she would have to do a 30 degree bay window, no new drawing, no lower price, no nothing. There were ways to fix the size but Rose wouldn't call me to work out a solution.
We are getting prices from HOME DEPOT, and another window company. If she comes to do an estimate, don't expect answers to questions, I don't think she knows anything more than her computer prints out and has no customer skills. In all fairness the managers tried to be helpful and she wouldn't even respond to them. I am sure she doesn't know her job so she can't answer questions on the phone.

Lowe’s advertised 40% off on carpet . We had them come out and measure square footage which totaled 254 sq ft. along with a standard padding. When I received a call from Lowe’s they increased the square footage to an addition 80 sq ft for waste, up charged me to the most expensive padding plus an addition $150 to move 2 pieces of furniture that wasn’t even in the room. They also charged padding and labor by the sq ft as well. We declined the order. Please do not purchase carpet from Lowe’s it’s a bait and switch

I went to the Brookhaven PA Lowe’s for a patio shed. The store manager, DJ, was terrific. He helped me decide between two options, looking up dimensions, and lending me a tape measure so I could see if it would fit in my car. Matt and the other young men put it in my car for me and I was off! One of the nicest and easiest experiences ever. Thanks, Lowe’s!
